Job Description

The candidate is expected to have a clear understanding of the business dynamics of the IT industry, its global trends and have skills to interact and negotiate with global players in the field. The Chief Executive Officer is to strategize and support the expansion of IT sector of the State, work closely with the entire industry ranging from Start-ups & SMEs to Multinational companies apart from developing a clear strategy for leveraging the existing infrastructure, evaluate strategic options and innovatively structure the IT sector.

Requirements for the post 

Educational Qualification i.         Basic Degree in Engineering

ii.         MBA (Full-time) / Executive MBA (Full-time – not less than 1 year) / Executive MBA (Part-time – not less than 2 years) / 2-year PGDM (Full-time) / 2-year PGDBM (Full-time)

OR

Post Graduate Degree in Engineering /Technology
Experience
  1. 20 years overall experience, of which at least 5 years should be in IT/Electronics industry
  2. At least 5 years of experience should be as Head of a Division/Profit Centre/Organization
  3. Experience in development of Infrastructure for IT/ITES sector
Desirable Experience i. Grade A office development and leasing of land with leading developers or attracting investments.

ii. Office leasing with leading International Property Consultants/Firms/Companies.

iii. Real asset and workplace management with a Fortune 500 occupier in India

iv. Experience in Marketing, Sales & Customer Relations.
Age limit Maximum age limit: 55 years as on date of notification
Duration of engagement 3 Years
Remuneration ₹3,50,000 approximately per month
