We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Presales Engineer to support our
Middle East operations from our Calicut office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in
designing, proposing, and supporting ICT, ELV, and Security System solutions, ensuring
high-quality technical deliverables and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze client requirements and prepare technical solutions for ICT, ELV, and
security systems
Design system architectures including CCTV, Access Control, Structured
Cabling, Fire Alarm, and other ELV solutions
Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, compliance statements, and solution
presentations
Coordinate with sales teams to understand customer needs and provide presales
support
Liaise with vendors and suppliers for product selection and pricing

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling,
etc.)
Familiarity with ICT infrastructure and networking basics
Good understanding of technical documentation and proposal preparation

Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience working with any GCC company will be an added advantage
