A new chapter in Kozhikode’s growing technology ecosystem begins as HiLITE Cyber Hub begins construction at Government Cyberpark. The groundbreaking ceremony marks a significant milestone in expanding Kerala’s IT infrastructure and strengthening the region’s position as a rising technology destination.

Spread across 1.56 lakh sq. ft. of Grade-A workspace over five floors, HiLITE Cyber Hub is designed to provide a modern and dynamic environment for global businesses, startups, and technology innovators. The project aims to foster collaboration, drive innovation, and support the growth of enterprises within Cyberpark’s thriving tech ecosystem.

Developed as part of the broader 50 million sq. ft. development vision of HiLITE Group, the project reflects a strong commitment to building world-class infrastructure that supports Kerala’s rapidly expanding digital economy. This 1.6 lakh sq. ft. facility features a configuration of basements, a lower ground floor, a ground floor, and two office floors designed for maximum efficiency.

Once completed, HiLITE Cyber Hub will create new opportunities for businesses and the region’s growing pool of young tech talent, further strengthening Kozhikode’s role in Kerala’s evolving IT landscape. Kerala IT is making a landmark impact as the Official State Partner at the 33rd Convergence India Expo, held at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, from March 23–25, 2026. s part of the International Women’s Day celebrations, Cyberpark, in association with Gyno Gym, successfully organized a Women’s Wellness Initiative at the Game Zone, Sahya Building.

The program offered women employees valuable health insights through Body Composition Analysis (InBody Checkup), expert fitness consultations from master coaches, and personalized nutrition guidance.

The initiative aimed to promote awareness about health, fitness, and overall wellbeing among women professionals at Cyberpark. The session received an enthusiastic response from participants, making it a meaningful step towards encouraging healthier lifestyles within the campus community.

The landscape of North Kerala’s IT infrastructure reached a major milestone with the official project commencement and land handover for Sandbox Mini Tech Park at Government Cyberpark, Kozhikode. Developed by Sandbox Workspaces as a private co-developer, this 30,000 sq. ft. Grade-A technology workspace is designed for global enterprises, ambitious startups, and GCCs.

The land handover was performed by Dr. Dr.Santhosh Babu IAS (VRS), Managing Director of KSITIL. The ceremony was attended by Vivek Nair (COO, Cyberpark), Ahamed Shamil (Founder & CEO, Sandbox Workspaces), and Directors of Sandbox Workspaces: Muneeb S, Anees Muhammed, Subair Kolakkadan, Abdul Gafoor K V, and Akbar.

The official 3D project unveiling was carried out by a panel of industry leaders, including:
